Information on online dispute resolution: In the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission will provide an internet platform for online dispute resolution (the so-called "OS platform"). The OS platform is intended to serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.

In accordance with Section 36 Paragraph 1 No. 2 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG), we refer you to the responsible consumer arbitration board for settling disputes. This was set up on April 1, 2016 as part of the entry into force of the law on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters (Consumer Dispute Settlement Act) and recognized by the Federal Office of Justice.
From January 1st, 2020, the responsible body for this is the universal arbitration board of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e. V. in Kehl.
